Some experts along with many bloggers have made some predictions about the future.

Nick deWilde turned them into an article.

I tried to shorten it a bit for you. Maybe it can serve to change some of your decisions or to benefit.

Job changes in the coming period:

- Most of the influential projects of 2022 will not be led by a single leader, but will come from emerging groups. (Gabriel)

- Increasingly, the trajectory of our careers will be defined by what we do outside of our jobs. (Liu)

- As more workers leave their jobs for alternative employment options, they will be in a good position to take advantage of the Decentralized autonomous organization.(Vyara)

- The extracurricular activities we do during the pandemic will be permanent. As a result, employers will have to make room for them or risk losing top talent. (Zebriez)

- New forms of earnings are emerging faster than ever before. Those who benefit from these changes will be those who are able to maintain a rapid rate of learning. (Mercebent)

- In an increasingly tight labor market, many of the benefits that founders expect will also apply to employees. (Torenberg)
